🫀 How I Heal My Blood:

• Tap your heart gently, breathe, whisper: “It’s safe now.”

• Spirulina tea for gentle iron support

• Ginger in meals — to open, warm, and move

• Leg elevation at night — to let your heart rest

• Foot + hand massage: “I deserve to feel alive.”

• Write & burn a letter to release old pain

• Beetroot & hawthorn tea — for blood flow, but…

⚠️ My Personal Caution:

When I ate & juiced beets daily, my blood became too thick.

Doctors had to draw it weekly to relieve the pressure.

Beets are powerful medicine. But too much can overwork the body — especially if you’re prone to clotting, high iron or inflammation.
