💓 Day 10 – Leaky Blood Circulation
Welcome to Circulatory Storms — #3 in the leaky body series
Did you get sick after a betrayal or heartache too?
Your blood — the sacred river that carries life, love and unresolved pain.
Do you ever feel like your heart is heavy?
Does your body go numb in stress or freeze in fear?
You may not have poor circulation.
You might be flooded with emotional constriction.
🩸 “Blood remembers everything — the love, the fear, the silence.” — Dee 🌿
🧠 Somatic Signs of Leaky Circulation
• Cold hands and feet, even when it’s warm
• Dizziness when standing
• Tingling or numbness in arms or legs
• Flushing or sudden heat waves during stress
• Frequent fatigue or brain fog
• Racing heart while sitting still
💬 Where Peace Leaks from the Blood
• Unspoken betrayals that poison the pulse
• Rage that was never moved or expressed
• Being frozen in fear for years
• Heartbreak that clotted and never cleared
• Generational toxins & traumas passed through the veins
🌪️ What Causes These Wounds?
• Chronic tension that constricts vessels
• Early trauma that shut down flow
• Years of “sucking it up” instead of softening
• Emotional neglect from caregivers
• Betrayal or heartbreak that turned into bitterness
🩺 Often mislabelled as:
Anemia • Low Blood Pressure • Chronic Fatigue • Anxiety • Neuropathy
👉 But sometimes the real story is:
Your heart closed to protect you — and your blood followed.
🌿 Healing the Heart and Blood — Flow of Life & Love
🧘♀️ De-Stress Tip: Tap your sternum while breathing slowly — it signals your body to soften
🌱 De-Tox Tip: Sip hawthorn berry or beetroot tea to support blood flow
🌀 De-Freeze Tip: Massage your hands and feet while saying, “I deserve to feel alive”
🌙 Sleep Tip: Elevate your legs to calm the heart and support venous return
📦 Declutter Tip: Write a letter to someone who hurt you — burn it to release the clot
🥬 De-Bloat Tip: Add ginger to meals — it boosts circulation and clears
stagnation
💥 From My Heart
For years, I thought I had low iron.
But the truth was: I was numb.
My blood wasn’t weak — it was burdened.
I had held too many betrayals in my heart.
Too many “I’m fine”s when I was falling apart.
No wonder my hands were cold — my heart had gone numb.
I also want to be honest and share this:
I’ve dealt with anemia my whole life.
Whenever my monthly flow arrived, it was heavy and painful.
It felt like my body was being drained.
And I now know — this is very common in those with mould illness.
If this is you, you’re not alone. You’re not broken.
Last fall, my body was in crisis.
I was cleaning and working out in a mouldy home,
with a leaking central air system and a collapsing immune system.
Two betrayals hit me just months apart —
and I hadn’t healed from the last one.
But I send grace.
Now I feel the heat return.
My cheeks flush with presence.
My feet root to the earth.
And my blood — it flows with peace.
💛 Ever feel cold, numb or foggy… for no reason?
You might be carrying heartbreak in your bloodstream.
And that’s okay. It’s not forever.
🩸 Your blood deserves to circulate freely.
Your pain deserves to move.
🧠 Did You Know?
Chronic emotional stress can constrict blood vessels, reduce oxygen delivery, and trigger inflammation — all without affecting your blood pressure. That’s why your heartbreak can feel like numb limbs, exhaustion or chest pain.

🫀 How I Heal My Blood:
• Tap your heart gently, breathe, whisper: “It’s safe now.”
• Spirulina tea for gentle iron support
• Ginger in meals — to open, warm, and move
• Leg elevation at night — to let your heart rest
• Foot + hand massage: “I deserve to feel alive.”
• Write & burn a letter to release old pain
• Beetroot & hawthorn tea — for blood flow, but…
⚠️ My Personal Caution:
When I ate & juiced beets daily, my blood became too thick.
Doctors had to draw it weekly to relieve the pressure.
Beets are powerful medicine. But too much can overwork the body — especially if you’re prone to clotting, high iron or inflammation.
