💭 Did you know?
As a Personal Trainer many of my clients are unable to lose weight until they detox the mould from their environment and body.
When the lymphatic system slows down, so does your sense of safety.
Sluggish lymph can trap toxins, inflame your immune system, swell your face, and fog your brain.
It’s not just a drainage issue — it’s a deep body signal that you’re stuck.
Too much. For too long. With no release.
I used to think I just had “puffy days.”
But then I noticed the deeper signs…
• My hands and face would swell in the morning.
• My armpits felt thick and heavy.
• My mind? Foggy.
• My moods? Sad.
• My periods? Painful and backed up.
The worst part?
Doctors told me I looked “fine.”
But my lymph knew the truth.
🧠 Your Lymph = Your Liquid Trauma Highway
When we’ve carried trauma for decades —
When our nervous systems freeze and never thaw —
When we live in mouldy homes, breathe toxic air, and never cry…
🦠 The lymph starts hoarding what the liver can’t process.
It’s not laziness. It’s protection.
But eventually that protection becomes pressure.
And that pressure becomes pain.
🌿 Somatic Signs of a Sluggish Lymph System
• Puffy hands, feet or face
• Tender armpits or groin
• Breast pain or tenderness
• Cellulite that won’t budge
• Chronic sinus congestion
• Brain fog, fatigue, irritability
• Random rashes or histamine flares
• Cold hands + feet (again — lymph isn’t moving!)
💔 What Your Body Might Be Saying
• “I’m overwhelmed by toxins I can’t eliminate.”
• “I’m carrying emotional pain I never released.”
• “I need support — not punishment.”
• “Please, help me move again.”
🫀 My Favourite Lymph-Loving Rituals
🌱 Move Gently. Often.
Your lymph doesn’t have a pump like your heart — it relies on YOU to move it.
• Rebounding
• Walking
• Stretching
• Dancing barefoot in the kitchen
💧 Hydrate Deeply.
Lymph is fluid — and thick when dehydrated.
Add lemon, cucumber or trace minerals to your water to support flow.
🛁 Dry Brushing + Lymphatic Self-Massage.
Light, circular brushing towards your heart in the morning — it’s like giving your immune system a loving wake-up call.
🫖 Lymph-Loving Teas:
• Red clover
• Cleavers
• Burdock root
• Dandelion
🌀 Emotional Drainage Prompts
• Write a forgiveness letter — then release it
• Tap under your arms (lymph point) while saying: “I’m safe to let go.”
• Lay on the floor with your legs up the wall — and cry. Yes. Cry.
🩸 Lymph Health = Immune Health = Emotional Flow
If your lymph feels stuck… ask what emotion you’ve been afraid to move.
Shame? Grief? Anger?
Let it move — not for drama. But for drainage.
Because when the lymph flows, your truth returns.
And so does your peace.
With flow,
Dee
Your Peace Doula & Detox Guide

🌿 Dee’s Daily Lymph Flow Tools
Gentle, grounding and guided by nature
🌀 1. Wake + Hydrate
First thing every morning — I drink two big cups of water
I’ve never had coffee in my life. Water is my sacred fuel
Simple, clear and flowing — just like the lymph needs to be
🚶♀️ 2. Move Like a River
I walk often, outside if I can
Nature moves the soul and the lymph
I do squats every time I get up from sitting — it keeps the flow alive
🧘♀️ 3. Stretch + Invert
Upon waking or after long sitting, I stretch and use my headstand bench
It brings blood and lymph back to my brain and heart
Gentle inversions give me energy without stress
🪶 4. Dry Brushing Before the Shower
Soft strokes, always toward the heart
Arms, legs, belly, neck, underarms — even the breasts
It wakes the skin, moves the lymph and lifts the fog
🌬️ 5. Breathe Into Life
Lymph moves when we breathe deeply
I practise belly breathing — 4 seconds in, 6 out
It calms my nerves and pumps my lymph without pressure
🧴 6. Castor Oil Rituals
Neck, armpits, belly, breasts or feet
I massage gently, wrap warm and let it pull out the pain
It’s a sacred act of self-care and deep drainage
🧊 7. Hot + Cold Showers
I shower like I garden — with awareness
Start warm, end cool — especially on the neck, groin and spine
This tones the vagus nerve and teaches the body how to switch gears
🌿 8. Clean on the Outside Too
No junk on my skin
If I wouldn’t feed it to a tree, I won’t put it on my body
Oils, herbs, clay and simplicity are all the lymph needs
🍵 9. Sip + Sit in Stillness
Red clover, nettle, burdock, ginger — I sip herbal teas with presence
I sit with what rises as the drainage begins
The body speaks when we slow down enough to listen
🛏️ 10. Sleep with Support
I elevate my legs or lie on my left side — it helps the lymph return
Cool, dark peaceful sleep is when the body truly detoxes
✨ I’ve healed 30+ leaky body barriers with these simple sacred tools
This is how I drain my stress and support my swollen soul
The lymph doesn’t lie — and neither does peace
