P.S. Be mindful with red light therapy if you have dark spots, hyperpigmentation or melasma — it can make certain areas darker depending on your skin’s sensitivity and inflammation level. Always patch test or speak with a trusted holistic skin therapist.

🌿 My Daily Skin-Soothing Routine

For those of you asking how I support my skin naturally — here’s what I do daily (or weekly) to help calm inflammation, detox gently, and rebuild my skin’s protective barrier.

🫖 First Thing Before Food

I start with a cancer-fighting, skin-loving tea to support my liver:

• Warm water + fresh lemon juice

• Organic green tea

• A splash of raw apple cider vinegar (skip if you're in a histamine flare — it may cause nausea or vomiting)

This wakes up the liver gently and sets the tone for a clean, calm body.

🧴 Morning Routine

• Dry brush before anything else — gentle strokes toward the heart to move lymph

• Drink 1 glass of water with minerals before sunrise

• Castor oil pack over my liver (even 15–30 minutes helps)

• Sun gaze (2–3 minutes of indirect morning light to reset cortisol and melatonin)

• Mirror moment — I say “I love you” out loud to my face

• Face splash with cold water — stimulates collagen and calms inflammation

🌿 Throughout the Day

• Whole food vitamin C (like camu camu or amla)

• Avoid processed food, sugar or anything I can’t pronounce

• Homemade skin balm (beeswax + calendula + zinc)

• HEPA-filtered air in my home

• Mindful pauses to breathe, stretch and check in with my nervous system

🍲 Evening Nourishment

• Collagen-rich broth (plant-based or bone broth depending on the day)

• Herbal teas like nettles, calendula or holy basil

• Gently brush skin or do light self-massage before bed

💤 Night Reset

• Keep lights low

• Magnesium oil on feet

• Castor oil on my face, sometimes with a warm cloth compress

• Gratitude prayer to my skin before sleep

✨This is not about being perfect — it’s about creating a peaceful rhythm that your skin can trust.

Let me know if any of these speak to you, or if you’d like help building your own skin-loving rituals. I’m here.
