My Belly Used to Bloat After Every Bite
Worse with stress. Worse with sugar or even “healthy” food. I couldn’t absorb nutrients. I couldn’t stay warm. I couldn’t trust my food—or my body.
It wasn’t “just IBS” or “just aging.” It was leaky gut. It was SIBO that I had for decades—four colonoscopies couldn’t uncover it.

☀️ Morning: Wake with Nature’s Rhythm

✨ Did you know? Even on a cloudy day, the predawn light provides the best glowing sunrises.
🙏 Start in silence or prayer, hand on belly, thank your Buddha Belly for holding you
🥛 Warm water with a pinch of sea salt or lemon — to awaken digestion gently
🪥 Oil pulling (coconut + clove) for 5–15 min while stretching or journaling
👅 Tongue scrape + rinse to release overnight detox
✍️ Brief mood + food + poop check-in in your tracker
🌬️ A few minutes of belly tapping, humming or vagus breath to calm your nervous system
☀️ Sunlight to your skin and eyes within 30 mins of waking (if weather allows)
