Peace Tools I Use Daily to Reconnect My Gut and Brain:

Vagus Nerve Breathwork

→ Humming, long exhales, or alternate nostril breathing (3–5 minutes morning + night)

Mindful Meals

→ Eat without distractions. Chew thoroughly. Bless your food. Sit in calm.

Omega-3 & Polyphenol Support

→ Flax, chia, wild salmon, turmeric, blueberries, green tea

No Sugar After Sunset

→ Prevents gut-triggered cortisol spikes and restless sleep

Somatic Grounding

→ Hands on belly and heart with slow rocking or gentle movement

→ Affirm: “I am safe in this body. My gut and brain are reconnecting.”

Liver + Lymph Flow Ritual

→ Dry brushing, castor oil packs, light walking after meals

→ Release stagnant toxins that keep gut and brain inflamed

→ Barefoot walk, sun on your face, or 3 minutes of stillness in fresh air
