“You’re not dirty, shameful or broken — your breasts are responding to what they’ve held for decades.”
~ De-Stress With Dee
💭 Did you know?
Your breasts aren’t just flesh and ducts — they’re reservoirs of memory, nourishment and yes, toxicity.
I lived with breast leakage for decades after breastfeeding. It was something no one warned me about or took seriously.
I felt embarrassed, confused and dismissed by doctors.
I didn’t know that my leaky breasts weren’t just hormonal — they were trying to release what my body was forced to hold.
✨ Did you also know?
Mould mycotoxins can pass into breast milk.
Our environment matters. The air we breathe, the mould we live with, the toxins we store — they don’t just affect us. They travel through us, into our children.
For years, my body tried to clear what I didn’t know was there.
🌿 Breast Symptoms I Faced:
• Ongoing leakage long after breastfeeding
• Tenderness and soreness that felt bruised
• Swelling, lumpiness or fibrocystic changes
• Heat and discomfort during stress flares
• Unexplained discharge or milk-like fluid
😣 What no one explained to me:
• Breasts are detox pathways
• They hold not just milk, but memory
• Environmental toxins accumulate in fat tissue
• Stress and inflammation make it worse
• Mycotoxins can inflame breast tissue and pass into milk
💡 What I now understand:
• My leaking wasn’t a personal failure
• My breasts were exquisitely sensitive messengers
• They were trying to offload an invisible toxic burden
• My body wasn’t defective — it was protective
🧠 What My Breasts Were Trying to Say:
• “I’m not shameful — I’m overloaded”
• “I’m not sick — I’m detoxing”
• “I’m not leaking for no reason — I’m releasing what you can’t see”
• “Please listen — I’m sacred, too”
🌿 Breast-Caring Rituals That Helped Me:
• Dry brushing and lymphatic massage over the chest
• Gentle castor oil packs (if tolerated)
• Reducing mould exposure in home and diet
• Supporting liver and lymph drainage naturally
• Emotional release journaling on nurturing and nourishment
• Self-holding practices: literally cradling my chest with love
🕊️ You’re not too much. You’re not unclean.
Your breasts are tender truth-tellers, trying to protect you and those you love.
They deserve to be heard, held and honoured.
