🌀 Day 35 of 40 – Leaky Bones & Bone Marrow ⚡ Mineral Depletion & Structural Weakness
“You’re not brittle, broken or failing — your bones are living memory keepers asking to be nourished.”
~ De-Stress With Dee
💭 Did you know?
Your bones aren’t just hard, dead scaffolding.
They’re alive.
Your bone marrow is where your blood cells are born.
Your bones store minerals, communicate with your hormones and house your immune system.
Chronic stress, inflammation, mould mycotoxins, poor nutrition and trauma can make bones leaky, porous or depleted.
This isn’t just “aging.”
It’s the body offloading what it can’t hold and struggling to rebuild without support.
✨ My Bone Story:
I always thought bones just “were.” Hard. Permanent. Done.
But years of nutrient depletion, stress and inflammation taught me they’re living tissue.
I learned this the hard way with my teeth.
Cavities and root canals weren’t just bad brushing.
They were signs my body was pulling minerals from my bones to buffer stress and acidity.
My body was trying to protect me the only way it knew how — by sacrificing its own reserves.
No one explained that to me.
😣 What No One Explained to Me:
• Bones constantly remodel and rebuild
• Chronic inflammation steals minerals from bones and teeth
• Stress can raise acidity in the body, pulling calcium to balance pH
• Mould toxins can weaken bone density over time
• Bone marrow health is essential for immunity and energy
💡 What I Now Understand:
• Weak bones weren’t personal failure
• Cavities were warning lights on my mineral dashboard
• My body was prioritizing survival in the moment
• Healing bones required calm, safety, nourishment and time
🧠 What My Bones Were Trying to Say:
• “I’m not frail — I’m depleted”
• “I’m not broken — I’m giving you what you needed”
• “I’m not failing you — I’m protecting you”
• “Please nourish me — I’m alive, too”
🌿 Bone-Nourishing Rituals That Helped Me:
• Mineral-rich foods (sea salt, leafy greens, bone broth)
• Gentle weight-bearing movement (walking, yoga, light strength work)
• Magnesium-rich foods and supplements for absorption
• Mindful chewing and oral oil pulling
• Sunlight for natural vitamin D production
• Slowing down stress to stop the mineral drain
• Loving self-talk: “My body is rebuilding every day.”
🕊️ You’re not too much. You’re not falling apart.
You’re a living, renewing being whose bones want to hold you strong and safe.
With steady steps and deep nourishment,
Momma Lovey Dee :)
