🧠 Did you know? Mould illness, chronic stress and trauma don't just weigh on your mind — they live in your muscles.
We were taught to carry it all. To hold it in our shoulders. To clench it in our jaws. To tense it in our bellies. To brace for impact — even when there’s no threat.
For firstborns from tense, inflamed homes, the body becomes a vault for worry. Muscles become armour. We store the fight. We store the flight. We even store the freeze.
🦠 Mould illness and chronic inflammation feed this tension. They stiffen fascia. They drain mitochondria. They strip minerals, leaving us weak, crampy, tired.
And trauma tells our muscles: “Stay on guard.” Even as our soul says: “Please, rest.”

I was a lifelong “health nut” — eating clean, training hard, doing all the right things.
But I didn’t know I was living with 30+ leaky barriers I couldn’t see.
My body was a sponge for stress and trauma since the womb.
