💛 How I almost expired before I desired

I was a lifelong “health nut” — eating clean, training hard, doing all the right things.

But I didn’t know I was living with 30+ leaky barriers I couldn’t see.

My body was a sponge for stress and trauma since the womb.

My muscles were armour, clenched for decades.

Mold hid in my cells.

Inflammation ran wild.

My gut was leaking.

My blood was sluggish.

My nerves were fried.

My mitochondria were gasping.

I didn’t know why I was exhausted, twitchy, tight, inflamed.

Why “healthy food” made me sick.

Why I was losing blood, vomiting, barely holding on.

Why my body felt like it was shutting down.

I was doing everything “right,” but my body was leaking life.

I didn’t need to push harder.

I needed to soften.

I needed to listen.

I needed to heal.

Now, I’m here to share what I learned — so you don’t expire before you desire.
