🌌 Daily Healing Tools for Leaky Spirit / Energetic System

Before I share my list, I want you to know:

✨ I’ve been using these kinds of tools since I was a child.

At age 7, I understood something simple but powerful:

Energy in = Energy out.

Even back then, I knew I had to manage my energy carefully to stay balanced, calm, and strong.

That truth has carried me through my entire healing journey—especially now as I heal my leaky spirit and energetic body.

💜 1️⃣ Grounding & Connection to Earth

✅ Barefoot walks in grass, soil, sand

✅ Grounding mat at home

✅ Gardening or touching plants

✅ Sitting with my back against a tree

Why? Grounds excess energy, calms the mind, balances the body's electrical system.

🌿 2️⃣ Breathwork & Energy Clearing

✅ Box breathing (4-4-4-4)

✅ Alternate nostril breathing (Nadi Shodhana)

✅ Long, slow exhales to activate the parasympathetic system

✅ Visualizing light or energy cleansing my body

Why? Clears stuck or stagnant energy and supports nervous system healing.

🔮 3️⃣ Meditation & Stillness Practice

✅ 5–10 minutes of silence daily

✅ Guided meditation (loving-kindness, body scan)

✅ Listening to calming music or nature sounds

✅ Candle gazing (Trataka) for focus and calm

Why? Restores spiritual connection and inner calm.

🌺 4️⃣ Journaling & Reflection

✅ Gratitude list (3–5 things daily)

✅ Free writing to process emotions

✅ Affirmations like: “I am whole. I am safe. I am at peace.”

✅ Tracking triggers and patterns with curiosity

Why? Releases emotional blockages and integrates lessons.

🔥 5️⃣ Energy Movement & Clearing Practices

✅ Gentle yoga or Qigong flows

✅ Shaking (trauma release technique)

✅ Tapping (EFT)

✅ Light dancing to music I love

Why? Moves stuck emotional energy out of the body.

✨ 6️⃣ Spiritual Nourishment

✅ Reading spiritual or sacred texts

✅ Prayer or intention setting

✅ Connecting with my higher power, nature, ancestors

✅ Tending a small altar or sacred space

Why? Feeds the spirit and gives meaning and hope.

🌞 7️⃣ Environmental Energy Support

✅ Smudging with sage or palo santo

✅ Essential oils (frankincense, lavender, cedarwood)

✅ Diffusing calming oils

✅ Decluttering and simplifying my space

Why? Clears energetic clutter and creates a healing space.

🕊️ 8️⃣ Community & Connection

✅ Sharing with trusted friends or groups

✅ Offering compassion to others

✅ Asking for help when I need it

✅ Giving myself permission to rest and receive

Why? Heals spiritual loneliness and rebuilds connection.

🧘‍♀️ 9️⃣ Body Care as Energy Care

✅ Self-massage or gentle touch

✅ Sauna blanket or Epsom salt foot soaks

✅ Red light therapy for cellular healing

✅ Drinking herbal teas mindfully

Why? Physical care is spiritual care.

💫 10️⃣ Daily Intention

✅ Saying or writing:

“Today I choose to release what no longer serves me and welcome peace and healing.”

🌿 Personal Note

“These aren’t new for me—I’ve been using tools like these since I was seven years old. Back then I just knew that the energy I took in and the energy I gave out had to be balanced. That awareness has shaped my entire healing journey and it’s more important now than ever as I heal my leaky spirit and energetic system.”

✨ Sample Daily Practice

🌞 Morning:

Grounding walk or mat session

Breathwork / prayer

Herbal tea with intention

🌿 Afternoon:

Gentle yoga / Qigong

Journaling or gratitude practice

Smudging or essential oils

🌙 Evening:

Meditation or silence

Red light therapy or sauna blanket

Loving-kindness prayer before sleep

This is why I choose to love all — even if I don’t always like what some souls do. I send them grace and carry on, choosing to lead a life rooted in love. Because if we don’t love all, we’re not truly loving ourselves. And when we don’t love ourselves, we stop protecting our peace and forget to say no to what’s toxic for our body.
