“The placenta is more than a temporary organ. It’s a sacred bridge—nourishing your baby, filtering toxins, sharing oxygen and love.

But in our toxic world of mold, chemicals, trauma and inflammation, the placenta can’t do it all.

A ‘leaky placenta’ can pass on what was never meant to be shared.

Healing the placenta—even after birth—means healing the bridge between generations.”

🧃 1️⃣ Daily Nourishment: My Juicing Ritual

I juiced every day for my body and baby:

✅ Carrot

✅ Apple

✅ Ginger

✅ Spinach

✅ Soy milk

Fresh, living nutrition to flood my body with antioxidants, reduce inflammation, and support gentle detox.

💆‍♀️ 2️⃣ Castor Oil Packs (Lower Abdomen)

✅ Supports lymphatic flow

✅ Releases trauma stored in tissues

✅ Gently detoxifies liver and womb area

Lay back, apply a warm castor oil pack, breathe deeply, and invite release.

🌺 3️⃣ Womb Massage / Abdominal Therapy

✅ Invites circulation and flow

✅ Reconnects you to your womb space

✅ Releases old tension and stored emotions

Say: “I honour you. You did your best.”

💧 4️⃣ Hydration + Liver Support

✅ Drink plenty of water daily

✅ Add gentle bitters (dandelion, milk thistle)

✅ Supports liver, which in turn supports placental detox pathways

A healthy liver means a cleaner womb space.

🪷 5️⃣ Visualization / Energetic Cleansing

✅ Close your eyes, place hands on your womb

✅ Imagine golden light filling and cleansing it

✅ Release what wasn’t yours to carry

Whisper: “You did your best. You are safe now.”

🍲 6️⃣ Nourishing, Warming Foods

✅ Bone broth

✅ Cooked root veggies (carrots, beets, sweet potato)

✅ Cinnamon, ginger, turmeric

Warming foods rebuild blood, nourish chi, support hormonal balance.

🌿 7️⃣ Herbal Allies

✅ Nettle or raspberry leaf tea (gentle uterine tonics)

✅ Ginger, cumin, fennel for bloating and warming digestion

✅ Chamomile for calming the nervous system

Daily teas become a ritual of self-love.

🌀 8️⃣ Movement & Somatic Release

✅ Hip circles and slow dancing

✅ Gentle yoga, especially pelvic-opening poses

✅ Trauma release shaking or trembling

Invite flow. Let go of stuck, frozen energy.

🧘‍♀️ 9️⃣ Emotional & Ancestral Healing

✅ Journaling about your pregnancy/birth experience

✅ Writing a letter to your womb or placenta to forgive, honour and let go

✅ Burning the letter in a safe ceremony

You didn’t just carry a baby. You carried ancestral stories. Now you can choose what to pass on.

🌙 10️⃣ Sleep & Rest Practices

✅ Sleep on your side with a pillow between your knees

✅ Supports pelvic lymph drainage

✅ Helps nervous system calm and repair

Rest is medicine. Your womb needs peace.

💌 11️⃣ Daily Affirmation or Intention

✅ Place hands on womb or heart and say:

“I choose to release what wasn’t mine to carry. I choose to heal for myself and the generations to come.”

“I’ve known since childhood that energy in = energy out. I’ve used these tools for myself every day—not just to heal my body, but to heal the lineage.

This is why I choose to love all, even if I don’t like what some souls do. I send them grace and carry on, leading a life of love.

Because if we don’t love all, we don’t love ourselves. And if we don’t love ourselves, we will never heal on this toxic planet.”
