There were years I couldn’t smile without tension
My gums bled
My jaw locked
My teeth ached
But my dentist said it all looked “normal”
Meanwhile, I woke up with headaches and cracked fillings — the cost of clenched silence and unspoken shame
And the night terrors?
They haunted me for decades — until I detoxed my body from mold, simplified my diet and softened into long gentle fasts with clear foods, warm teas and inner peace
For the first time in 58 years… the terrors stopped
My brain finally felt safe enough to sleep
I don’t drink alcohol
I don’t take pharmaceuticals
