Detox Your Walls, Heal Your Womb: A Message for the High-Sensing Soul
To my loyal community, today is the 21st—a day that vibrates with the frequency of my freedom. On this day on Nov 21st 2017, I took my power back from booze and smoke. But the greatest battle was yet to come: the battle for my biology.
Many of you know me as Motherpeace, mothering the parentified and petrified first-borns who have spent a lifetime feeling like a “baby burden.”
I am writing this from a place of deep restoration.
I was the parentified, petrified problem solver—a personal trainer and competitive athlete with a perma-smile, secretly drowning in the physical fallout of C-PTSD, toxic mould and toxic souls, despite never relying on man made synthetic meds.
The Reality of the Poison Planet
Doctors heal broken bones but not our biology.
The Nutritional Void: I was medically gaslit by many doctors who take a weekend course on food for their entire education on nutrition. Every doctor I spoke to about reversing fatty liver and healing our microbiome had no knowledge of this.
The Testing Barrier: In the height of my crisis, I asked for a simple environmental illness urine test so I could start detoxing, but they had no way of testing for the air I was breathing.
My Temple, My Choice: I have never used man-made meds or synthetic prescriptions because they do more harm to our microbiome; I had not taken an antibiotic as an adult because of this.
Dismissed in the Storm: When I presented in an autonomic cytokine storm—with blood pressure off the charts and muscles seizing up—I was dismissed and asked, “Is this mental?”
The Final Betrayal: Doctors pushed meds on me constantly and refused to take me on as a patient if I said no because I knew it was not mental. I am still waiting for the medical records they refuse to give me.
This is why my youtube channel exists.
It was to protect me because I knew how to take care of my mind and had excellent sleep hygiene as a root cause clairaudient buddhist biohacker using frugal autophagy lifestyle medicine for 40 years.
My mom was put in the Royal more than once. It is a mental hospital across the street from where she worked which was filled with mould.
She worked as a lab tech at Agriculture Canada for decades and the when the blew the building up, they were unable to rebuild on the land because it the soil was too toxic.
This soil is across the street from the Civic hospital which is also filled with mould.
As a high sensing soul, my body reacts every time I am in it.
Protecting My Peace in the Darkest Hour
Even when I was being dismissed, I had all the tools in my toolbox to manage my mind.
Even while loving toxic souls, I was still protecting my peace.
I still led with love, kept my childlike wonder and a life long love of learning, a detective of my own health.
I still bounce out of bed each morning with glee to be here honouring the gift of life. I love birthdays—not just mine but everyone’s—because it is a gift to be in this present moment.

P.S. When I took my boot off after shovelling this morning, I got a heart wink from the universe. A reminder that love is all around us and we are all connected. I love that it was on this day, the 21st of February, when I fell in love with a goose in 2016, my most impactful relationship for soul growth.
This is why I workout 3 minutes a day while making my teas—for functional fitness. I do it so I can shovel my neighbours’ paths so they don’t hurt their hearts. I see them treating their bodies like trash cans, not temples. I worry, so I help. :)
