This is what I have been using for decades as my daily antibiotic.
If I feel something coming on, I take two servings—one tablespoon in the morning and one with my last tea of the day. We only drink fluids made by the sun; it is the only “energy drink” we need.
I have never had coffee and I even worked at the second cup in the 80’s when I was homeless.
We do not need it. My son has never had coffee either. When you wake up drink two large glasses of water because you are dehydrated after sleep.
With only 9% of waste being recycled globally, we must be the solution to Save our Soil.

Since we practice OMAD, the Buddhist way of eating, every liquid is a Biological Offering.

The Morning Green Tea, Apple Cider Vinegar & Lemon Ritual:
The Science: Green tea is rich in EGCG (Epigallocatechin gallate), a powerful polyphenol that stabilizes mast cells—crucial for MCAS—and supports the MTHFR methylation pathway. Adding lemon juice provides Vitamin C, which acts as a co-factor to increase the bio-availability of the tea’s antioxidants by up to 13 times.
The Ritual: Use an old-style glass juicer to keep your process non-toxic and plastic-free.
Frugal Tip: Keep using your loose leaf teas or tea bags until the colour runs clear; those later steeps continue to provide vital hydration and subtle minerals.
The Smile & Soul Tip: To protect your enamel—especially important for keeping all your original teeth and wisdom teeth as I have at 59.5—always use a metal straw. Don’t swoosh your tea around your teeth; instead, sip and swoosh it in your cheeks if you wish before you swallow. We are mindful when we eat and drink now for the Sacred Pause.

The Supergreens Boost:
The Science: For the HLA-DR detective, chlorophyll and probiotics help bind to biotoxins in the gut so they can be excreted rather than recirculated. Adding it to hot water (not boiling) increases solubility and eases the digestive load on a “leaky” gut.
The ACV Rule:
The Science: Apple Cider Vinegar contains acetic acid which improves insulin sensitivity and stomach acid pH. However, if it has “The Mother,” it is a living probiotic.
Note: Boiling water kills the living beneficial bacteria (the microbiome “workers”) your system needs to fight histamine overload. Use warm water only with a capful in your teas.
The Natural “Antibiotic” Tonic
This is our foundation for navigating chronic flares without synthetic interference.
The Science of the Roots
Garlic: Contains Allicin, which is nature’s broad-spectrum antibiotic and antifungal. It helps the MTHFR body produce glutathione—the master antioxidant.
Ginger: A potent inhibitor of pro-inflammatory cytokines. It moves the body out of Cell Danger Response by soothing the Vagus nerve and reducing internal heat.
Turmeric (The Golden Healer): Contains Curcumin, the “master switch” for inflammation in CIRS and MCAS. If funds allow, add 3 to 4 inches of fresh turmeric root to this batch.
Daily Dosing
The Daily Handshake: 1 tablespoon of the liquid gold tonic in your healing tea. Don’t do more of a good thing, like I did. You will have loose stools.

In the Blender: 1 whole “naked” peeled garlic bulb, 2 large unpeeled ginger roots (and turmeric if available) with 2 cups of cooled, previously boiled water.
Cut away any dark mould parts on skin and the rest is still great. The skin is valuable for our cells.The Extraction: Strain through a cloth or strainer into a Mason Jar.
The “Gold” Pulp: Spoon the leftovers into Stainless Steel Ice Cube Trays. Never use plastic; we cannot afford the xenoestrogens leaching into our medicine.
The Zero-Waste Boost: Drop a frozen “pulp cube” into soup or a mug of boiling water for a fibre-rich, healing boost later.
The Ritual of Connection (Anxiety Release)
For those healing from eating responses, the kitchen is often a “Shark Tank.” By using your hands to smash the garlic and shake the jar, you are parenting your inner child.

Green Tea Warning: If you are currently experiencing high histamine (hives, flushing, nausea or dizziness), skip the green tea. For some of us, green tea can act as a DAO inhibitor, meaning it slows down your body’s ability to clear histamine.
Listen to Your Human Animal: If you have ever had a severe reaction to green tea (like fainting or vomiting), your body is telling you its “bucket” is full. Trust that signal.
The 40-Day Detox: During an active detox, your body is already busy moving old toxins out of your tissues. If you feel “leaky” or overwhelmed, simplify. Stick to pure, cooled water or ginger-only tea until your nervous system finds its Sacred Pause.
Is it safe?
Ginger & Turmeric: Generally safe and actually help lower histamine and inflammation.
Lemon & ACV: These are histamine liberators. They aren’t high in histamine themselves, but they can “encourage” your mast cells to release it. If someone is in a severe MCAS flare, they should use these very cautiously or wait until they are more stable.
