Fun Fact :) For five years, I logged my son Noah's sleep, nutrition and mood every single day.

This real-time case study proved a powerful truth: the foundation for a resilient, peaceful life is built on simple, non-negotiable fundamentals—sleep, hydration, whole foods and movement.

We successfully navigated past the "terrible twos" with a calm, cool and collected little soul.

That same foundation supports his vibrant health today at 27—and I can say with immense pride that he has never had a drop of alcohol, learning from my journey.

In a toxic world of constant pressure, I consider this one of my greatest accomplishments.

The lesson is universal:

If you wouldn't give it to a one-year-old, it's likely creating inflammation and stress in your adult body.

We over complicate wellness, but life is simple to live with a peaceful mind, body and soul.

Our egos—chasing complex fixes and quick wins—are often the only thing in the way.
