While making tea or coffee: Rotate ankles, hum a healing mantra, infuse your drink with intention
In the shower: Let water cleanse more than skin—sway gently, visualize energy release
While making the bed: Stretch arms wide, fold corners with love, set intention for restful sleep
Applying non toxic lotion, I only use castor oil:
Massage in circles, speak affirmations to each body partGrocery shopping: Walk with awareness, rotate ankles while waiting in line, bless your food
Sitting in traffic: Pump feet gently, sway hips if safe, practice breathwork
Waiting for a page to load: Close eyes, rotate ankles, send love to your nervous system
