Do you feel like you’re doing everything “right” but still sick?

Have you ever felt like your body was screaming but no one was listening?

Do you feel worse in certain buildings or rooms? What do you notice?

Have you ever felt gaslit by your own lab results?

You are not alone!

If you could stop one symptom forever, what would it be? And if you knew that healing was possible by addressing your environment first, would that change your approach?

What's one 'weird' symptom you experienced that you later realized was a direct sign of mould illness or toxin exposure?

I'll go first: I used to wake up choking, unable to swallow and needing a cane to walk. I had no idea it was a mast cell reaction and a systemic cytokine storm, now living with life threatening leaky muscle.

Mould isn’t just in old houses. It’s in offices, schools and gyms too. If you're always tired, can't sleep, wired and tired with insomina, anxious, no rhyme or reason to your ibs issues or can't think clearly, your environment could be making you sick.

I’m a holistic trainer who survived a full systemic collapse. After decades of concussions, fainting and trauma, I was discarded by a doctor and a narcissist ex while bleeding internally and needing a cane to walk. I couldn't text, get out of the tub or swallow.

I discovered the weight and brain fog weren't my fault. They were from mould and lifelong trauma. Healing my environment healed my body. I was doing everything right as a healthy sober parentified parent doing all the things holistically to heal with no meds....but always sick, COVID 3x.

This is your starter recovery toolbox:

• Ventilation (open those windows!)

• HEPA Air Purifiers

• Dehumidifiers (keep humidity under 50%)

• Binder Supplements
