For the one quietly navigating the invisible storms…
✨ Inner Peace is possible — even while living with invisible illness.
I didn’t know I had PTSD, CPTSD, CIRS, or MCAS until my 50s.
And I’ve been mindful about health for decades.
These conditions hide in plain sight —
Often dismissed as:
🧠 Brain fog
💤 Fatigue
💔 Anxiety
😷 Digestive issues
😢 Depression
🥀 Menopause
…or “just life.”
But they’re not.
They’re the aftermath of trauma, toxins, and chronic dysregulation.
They’re the body whispering… “I’m not safe.”
Especially for childhood trauma survivors, we’ve lived inflamed for decades.
We inherited toxic wombs. We survived HALT states:
🥣 Hungry – because food became the enemy
💢 Angry – because no one believed us
💔 Lonely – because pain isolates
😴 Tired – because our systems are exhausted
🦠 CIRS. MCAS. PTSD. CPTSD.
Missing puzzle pieces.
Even the cleanest people and safest spaces triggered reactions.
And yet…
🌼 I’m grateful.
For the ones who helped — and the ones who didn’t.
Both revealed truth.
🌙 Today’s Gratitude Whisper:
“Even mould holds messages. Even hard people are teachers.”
“Where there is breath, there is a reason to thank.”
Your body isn’t broken.
It’s brilliant.
It’s always tried to protect you.
