This Easter weekend, I’m reflecting on miracles.
And one of the most powerful miracles I’ve experienced isn’t loud or flashy — it’s simple, sacred, and quiet.
It’s food.

💨 My Mould Detox Routine
Right now, I’m in a 2-month detox rhythm that looks like this:
🥄 Morning: Bentonite clay + water to bind toxins
🌿 Midday: Chia for fibre, hydration & toxin movement
🌚 Evening: Activated charcoal (2+ hrs after food) for deep cleanup
This routine gently supports my nervous system, digestion, and liver without overburdening my body.
