I don’t spend much time on social media and often miss messages here. If you’re struggling or want to connect more deeply, please reach out by email instead.
I offer support for those managing chronic inflammation, mould illness, histamine issues or just feeling unwell and overwhelmed. My work runs on barter and dana (generosity) —no one is turned away.
If you want help, email me and share whatever you’re comfortable with about:
✅ Where you’ve lived, worked, or played (possible mould/toxin exposure)
✅ Do you live in a clean, cozy nest or a dark, damp den? How often do you dust?
✅ How much water you drink daily
✅ Medications you take
✅ How much protein you eat daily
✅ Vitamins or supplements you take
✅ How often you fast, or how many hours you go between your last meal and first meal next day
✅ When you go to bed and when you wake up
✅ Do you stop eating and drinking 3 hours before bed?
✅ Your digestion, sleep, energy, and symptoms
✅ What your stools are like and how often you go
✅ How often you move, walk, or do lymphatic drainage
✅ If you use red light therapy, massage tools, lymph brushes, coconut oil for oil pulling, grounding mats
✅ Do you wear Crocs or other synthetic shoes often?
✅ How you de-stress and nourish your microbiome (plant diversity each week)
✅ Do you have at least one person you can tell everything to who believes you and your symptoms?
✅ Are your relationships supportive and cheering you on, or are they tense and walking on eggshells?
✅ Anything else you think might matter
No judgment. Just care.

When I was in Medicine Hat, Alberta, I remember being floored in December seeing hundreds of them all clustered on the water. I forget which body of water exactly, but it was packed. They flock there every year like clockwork.
That is Beautiful Perry and I agree it is an honour when nature lets us share their space. I like to say we are all connected because we are all energy and come from nature. I love that we connected as Canadian Geese Lovers on Canada Day. I have a lot of geese things in my home to. I love that they mate for life. I have get to see them daily in my backyard creek.
Ahhh, I love that you’re a fan of these majestic honkers too. As someone nicknamed the Canadian Goose by my people, I have a soft spot for our feathered friends — and I’ve picked up way too many fun facts along the way 😂
Did you know:
Both Waterloo and Ottawa are prime real estate for Canada Geese!
In Waterloo, parks like Waterloo Park and Laurel Creek see hundreds of geese in summer. They even have egg-addling and landscaping programs to keep numbers balanced.
Ottawa’s Rideau Canal and Ottawa River are like goose highways — they rest there in giant migrating flocks and chill on Parliament Hill lawns like they own the place!
You haven’t lived until you’ve seen an Ottawa bike path traffic jam because a whole goose family is crossing.
I love that Canada Geese mate for life ❤️ and are super protective parents. They’re also smart travellers — that V-formation saves energy for the whole flock. And they’re so adaptable: they can hang out in wild wetlands or downtown city parks, dropping a solid kilo of poop a day per goose for our landscaping teams to enjoy 😂
Honestly though — there’s something beautiful about them. They’re loyal. Fierce. Protective. And they know when it’s time to migrate to calmer waters.
And it sounds like you must have calming energy too to love them. They pick up on vibes.
I’ve even had my own “Rescue Goose” moments! I’ve literally helped people cross streets or bike paths when the geese are honking up a storm and no one can get by. I’m the human crossing guard for geese and people alike. Honk honk — safety first.
We geese folk have to look out for each other 🪿
✨ From one Canadian Goose to another: may your days be calm, your crossings safe, and your flock well-loved. 🪿🍁
How lovely. So many interesting facts. I love this country too. Thank you for the message. Wishing only good things for you and your loved ones. Love
