Trauma, Toxins and the Truth this Tuesday: If it Doesn't Go in the Compost We Don't put in our Human Animal.
Why we must parent our cells to save our soil before March 2027
Dear Sweet Sober Souls and Seekers of Peace,
Yesterday we established the compost rule on Microbiome, Mould, Mental Health, Menopause & Mother Earth Monday (I love alliterations).
If you can’t put it in your bin you don’t put it in your body.
Today we look at the trauma that makes us ignore that rule.
As HSP “oops babies” and firstborn fixers we were programmed to soothe the world.
We took on the “Firstborn Flush”—the literal and emotional toxins passed down through the womb.
We grew up into high-achievers pushing our human animals (my name for mine is Sunny Dee) to the brink in toxic gyms and airtight offices.
We are too proud to ask for help while we drown in a leaky inflamed body and brain.
This is not a mental health crisis.
It is an environmental injury and poisoning for me.
We must affect change by March 17 2027.
This is the date when the system will allow us to expire before we desire based on “mental” grounds.
We cannot let environmental poisoning be the silent reason for that choice when the root cause is the fast things we put in and on our body and in our home.
Who we love and the air we breathe is toxic.
For the divorced single mom we are the most stressed on the planet because we are doing 3 jobs to make the same as a man does because the father won’t pay what he should by law for child support.
We don’t have the money to fight the legal system.
So we push harder as a gogo perfectionist never asking for help.
You are in a cell danger response so you are unable to relax while watching a show because there is always something to do.
This is why we relax de-stressing as stress cleaners for our sanctuary and cozy nest.
It is time for the sacred pause/paws.
Detox your womb and your walls.
Build your non-toxic nest.
When we soothe our soul we save our soil.
Mother Earth thrives when we stop the push and start the repair.
Thank you to the community and mentors like Sarah Roberts who was the first person to share with me that we should name our human animal.
When I graduated from a 3 year eating disorder program in half the time I learned a tool to talk to my inner child. Thank you Isabelle for that beautiful tip.
I let Little Dee know that I have finally shown up for her and I am giving her the love she was seeking in others.
My life is full and I will be ending my days solo leading a life of service because I have spent a lifetime caring for others and still do.
The rest of my moments are filled with pausing in stillness with pure joy and childlike wonder now that my lifelong fear is gone knowing the root cause of my issues
